This is a static information page. It has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no cookies, no contact form, and no accounts. We do not set cookies and we do not build any profile of you.
We have deliberately not installed advertising or analytics on this site. There is no Google AdSense code and no Google Analytics code on any page here.
This site is served by a hosting provider which, like all web hosts, processes the technical request data needed to deliver a page to you — such as your IP address, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. We do not have access to an analytics dashboard for this site and we do not use that data to identify or profile visitors. Data handling at the hosting layer is governed by that provider's own privacy terms.
If you write to the address published on this site, we receive your email and whatever you put in it. Our mail is hosted by our domain registrar's mail service, so your message is stored on that provider's servers under its terms, acting as our processor. We use what you send only to answer you, and we do not add you to any mailing list — we do not operate one.
Commercial correspondence is kept as an ordinary business record. If you write to us about material you hold or a transaction you are considering, we keep the thread and any documents you chose to attach, in the mailbox, for as long as the matter and our own record-keeping require. We do not run a customer database, a CRM shared with third parties, or an automated screening service, and we do not sell, rent or share what you send with anyone outside the company except where the law requires it or you ask us to.
Please do not email identity documents, bank details or other sensitive personal data unless we have asked you for them and agreed how they should be sent. Ordinary email is not a secure channel.
This site links to the websites we operate, to Commod, and in places to third-party sources. Once you follow a link you are subject to that site's own privacy practices, not this one. Commod is an independent company and we do not control what it collects; nothing is passed to it from this site — following a link is the only thing that happens.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because this site collects nothing, in most cases the answer is that we hold only email correspondence you started. If you or your business are referred to on any website we operate and you want that changed or removed, tell us and we will action it without argument. Where a deletion request covers correspondence we are required to retain as a business or tax record, we will tell you that plainly rather than quietly keeping it.
This site is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone, including children.
